    1、模具钢材原始裂纹;
    1. Original crack of die steel;
    2、氧化皮(黑皮)去除不完全,微裂纹扩展导致开裂;
    2. Incomplete removal of oxide scale (black scale) and microcrack propagation lead to cracking;
    3、热处理淬火裂纹(含微裂纹,使用过程中扩展开裂);
    3. Heat treatment quenching cracks (including microcracks and propagation cracks during use);
    4、重复淬火,表面脱碳产生开裂或者微裂纹;
    4. Repeated quenching, surface decarburization, cracking or microcracks;
    5、淬火温度过高,或者奥氏体化时间过长导致获得组织粗大,韧性降低,后期在诱因下产生的开裂;
