    1、注塑机塑化容量要恰当,过小塑化不充分未能完全混合而变脆,过大时会降解。
    1. The plasticizing capacity of the injection molding machine should be appropriate. If it is too small, the plasticizing is not sufficient, it cannot be fully mixed and becomes brittle. If it is too large, it will degrade.
    2、模具方面:
    2. Mold:
    (1)顶出要平衡,如顶杆数量、截面积要满足,脱模斜度要满足,型腔面要有满足光滑,这样才避免因为外力导致顶出剩余应力集中而开裂。
    (1) The ejection shall be balanced, such as the number and cross-sectional area of ejector rods, the demoulding slope, and the cavity surface shall be smooth, so as to avoid cracking due to the concentration of residual stress caused by external force.
    (2)制件结构不能太薄,过渡部份应尽量选用圆弧过渡,避免尖角、倒角构成应力集中。
    (2) The workpiece structure shall not be too thin, and the transition part shall adopt circular arc transition as far as possible to avoid stress concentration caused by sharp corners and chamfers.
    (3)干流道衬套与喷嘴接合应当避免冷硬料的迁延而使制件粘在定模上。
    (3) When the dry runner bushing is connected with the nozzle, the extension of cold and hard materials should be avoided to make the workpiece stick to the fixed die.
    (4)尽量少用金属嵌件,以避免嵌件与制件收缩率不同构成内应力加大。
    (4) Metal inserts shall be used as little as possible to avoid the increase of internal stress caused by different shrinkage between inserts and products.
    (5)对深底制件应设置恰当的脱模进气孔道,避免构成真空负压。
    (5) Proper demoulding air inlet duct shall be set for deep bottom parts to avoid forming vacuum negative pressure.
    (6)干流道满足大使浇口料未来得及固化时脱模,这样易于脱模。
    (6) The dry runner can be demoulded before the gate material is cured, so it is easy to demould.
    (7)流道和浇口太小,在模具填充中产生过度的剪切率,运用全圆流道并添加流道和浇口的尺寸以便在模具填充阶段供给可接受的剪切率。
    (7) The runner and gate are too small to produce excessive shear rate in mold filling. Use full circle runner and add the size of runner and gate to provide acceptable shear rate in mold filling stage.
    3、工艺方面:
    3. Process:
    (1)打针压力过大、速度过快、充料愈多、打针、保压时间过长,都会构成内应力过大而开裂。
    (1) If the injection pressure is too high, the injection speed is too fast, the more materials are filled, and the injection and pressure holding time is too long, it will lead to excessive internal stress and cracking.
    (2)恰当调高模具温度,限制冷却体流过模具的速度,使制件易于脱模,塑料在射料缸内降解,引起塑料分子结构的破裂,在所有区域下降射料缸温度,下降压背,运用排气的射料缸保证排出孔正确运转且每个孔设定正确温度。
    (2) Properly raise the mold temperature, limit the speed of the cooling body flowing through the mold, so that the parts are easy to demould, the plastic is degraded in the injection cylinder, causing the rupture of the plastic molecular structure, reduce the injection cylinder temperature in all areas, lower the pressure back, and use the exhaust injection cylinder to ensure the correct operation of the discharge hole and set the correct temperature for each hole.
    (3)开模速度与压力避免快速强拉制件构成脱模开裂。
    (3) The mold opening speed and pressure shall avoid demoulding and cracking caused by rapid forced drawing.
    (4)恰当运用脱模剂,留意常常模面附着的气雾等物质。
    (4) Properly use the release agent and pay attention to the aerosol and other substances often attached to the mold surface.
    (5)防备因为熔接痕,塑料降解构成机械强度变低而呈现开裂。
    (5) Prevent cracking due to weld marks and degradation of plastics, resulting in lower mechanical strength.
    (6)熔胶温度太低,在射料缸上给后区和射咀增温,下降螺杆速度或高速转以获得正确的螺杆表面速度。
    (6) If the melt temperature is too low, increase the temperature of the rear area and nozzle on the injection cylinder, reduce the screw speed or rotate at high speed to obtain the correct screw surface speed.
    (7)模具填充速度太慢,添加注塑速度;在注塑机上保持稳定的垫料。
    (7) The mold filling speed is too slow and the injection molding speed is too slow; Maintain stable padding on the injection molding machine.
    (8)制件剩余应力,可通过在成型后当即进行退火热处理来内应力而削减裂纹的生成。
    (8) The residual stress of parts can be reduced by annealing heat treatment immediately after forming to reduce the internal stress and reduce the formation of cracks.
    (9)注塑件的压力没有恰当的释放出来或没有处理,将打针塑件退火,若是尼龙塑料产品,将其浸入温水中。
    (9) If the pressure of injection molded parts is not properly released or treated, anneal the injection molded parts. If it is nylon plastic products, immerse them in warm water.
