    模具钢加工参数,由高碳低合金钢制成的模具通常在较低的温度(120-200℃)下回火,当需要较高的弹性时,回火温度可以提高到300-350℃。
    Processing parameters of die steel: dies made of high carbon and low alloy steel are usually tempered at a lower temperature (120-200 ℃). When higher elasticity is required, the tempering temperature can be increased to 300-350 ℃.

    对于要求耐磨的模具,回火温度一般不超过200℃。

    回火时间对高碳低合金钢硬度的变化趋势基本一致,即回火保温时间越长,硬度略低,因此回火时间一般为2-4h,对于一些大型模具,可适当延长回火时间。
