    1、氮碳共渗。碳氮共渗是将工件表面同时渗入碳、氮两种原子,形成碳氮共渗层的方法,使用这个方法模具变形小、渗速快、成本低,经过这种方法处理后的塑料模具表面硬度极高,抗粘着性、耐磨性和抗咬合性、耐擦伤能力都较高,模具使用寿命可提高2—5倍。

    1. Nitrocarburizing. Carbonitriding is a method that infiltrates carbon and nitrogen atoms into the surface of the workpiece to form carbonitriding layer at the same time. Using this method, the deformation of the mould is small, the infiltration speed is fast, and the cost is low. The surface hardness of the plastic mold treated by this method is very high, and the adhesion resistance, wear resistance, bite resistance and scratch resistance are higher. The service life of the mold can be increased by 2-5 times.
    2、渗氮。渗氮是在特定温度下和特定介质中使氮原子渗入工件表面的热处理方法。模具经过渗氮后表面硬度、耐磨性、抗疲劳强度及耐蚀性能都大大提高,且由于渗碳处理后的模具。渗氮与渗碳不同,它是在较低温度下进行的,模具变形小,适用于精度要求高的模具。
    2. Nitriding. Nitriding is a heat treatment method to make nitrogen atoms penetrate into the surface of workpiece at a specific temperature and in a specific medium. After nitriding, the surface hardness, wear resistance, fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the die are greatly improved. Nitriding is different from carburizing. It is carried out at a lower temperature. The deformation of the die is small. It is suitable for the mould with high precision.
    3、渗碳。不同材质的模具一般采用不同的热处理方法,用低碳钢及低碳合金钢经挤压加工型腔的塑料模具一般都采用渗碳处理方法,它具有渗速快、渗层深、渗层的成分梯度与硬度梯度可方便控制、低成本的特点。这类塑料模具经过渗碳处理后,其表面(0.5~2.0 mm)内含碳量可达0.8%~1.05%。这层渗层经淬火并低温回火处理后,硬度变高,耐磨性和抗疲劳强度也都增加了,从而延长了模具的使用时间。
    3. Carburizing. Different heat treatment methods are generally used for different materials of moulds, and carburizing treatment is generally used for plastic moulds with low carbon steel and low carbon alloy steel after extrusion. It has the characteristics of fast carburizing speed, deep carburizing layer, easy control of composition gradient and hardness gradient and low cost. After carburizing, the carbon content in the surface (0.5 ~ 2.0 mm) of this kind of plastic mould can reach 0.8% ~ 1.05%. After quenching and tempering at low temperature, the hardness of the layer increases, the wear resistance and fatigue strength increase, thus prolonging the service life of the die.
